Hello friends,
Hope everybody is well?
Today I want to talk about kidney problems. March 9 is World Kidney Day being celebrated in Bangladesh like other countries of the world. The theme of this year's World Kidney Day is 'Overweight and Kidney Disease'.
Some unwanted diseases ruin lives. Kidney disease or kidney failure is one of them. If the cause of this problem is known, not only can it be cured, but a beautiful normal life can also be found. There is no substitute for kidney health in living a healthy life. The need is just the right decision at the right time. More than 20 million people in Bangladesh are affected by kidney disease. Nowadays, children get fat at an early age. That means the problem of obesity occurs. The reason is that children do not go out to play now, addiction to fast food is increasing, playing games on the computer or smartphone all day, etc., the tendency of obesity in children is increasing. And this can lead to diabetes and hypertension. And this increases the chances of kidney failure many times. In addition, people who have been suffering from diabetes and hypertension for a long time are also more likely to have kidney failure, so those who have been suffering from hypertension and diabetes for a long time, get a kidney test soon without delay. Check if your kidneys are healthy. Otherwise take immediate action as advised by the doctor. Those who already have kidney disease, as well as high blood pressure and diabetes, keep their blood pressure and blood sugar under control. Kidney problems will also be under control.
According to the context of Bangladesh, diarrhea is an important cause of sudden kidney failure in Bangladesh. Diarrhea causes dehydration in the body. As a result, both children and adults are at risk for sudden kidney failure. Many times women have abortions where they may have a sudden kidney failure due to excessive bleeding and infection. Urinary tract infections in women can also have adverse effects on the kidneys. Uterine cancer, uterine prolapse or urinary tract infections should be treated as soon as possible. If not treated in time, kidney failure can occur. In many cases, if you have hereditary kidney disease, you should consult a doctor in time. Kidney stones can cause sudden or slow kidney failure. Acute painkillers and antibiotics can also cause kidney failure. Therefore, you should not take painkillers or antibiotics without the advice of a doctor. There are some more risks of kidney disease. They are-
-Hypertension
-Diabetes
-Hereditary kidney disease
-Obesity or excess weight
-Smoking
-Age over 50
Remedy:
Excess weight should be avoided
Diabetes and hypertension should be controlled
Smoking should be avoided
Under no circumstances should you take painkillers or antibiotics without a doctor's advice.
For those who have hereditary kidney disease or who have been suffering from hypertension and diabetes for a long time, get a kidney test done without delay. Find out if your kidneys are healthy.
Women should be treated for urinary tract infections, uterine prolapse, uterine cancer in a timely manner.
Women should drink enough pure water to prevent urinary tract infections, do not hold back urine and stay clean.
In men over 40, the prostate gland becomes enlarged. So take the advice of the doctor in time.
If you have diarrhea, you should eat normal food along with food saline to prevent dehydration because diarrhea can cause sudden kidney failure.
In the case of children, fast food, soft drinks, outside juices should be avoided. Because it can lead to obesity in children.
We have to ensure a healthy life with kidney health.
